PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This Heritage listed building was originally designed and constructed by Walter Burley Griffin in 1934. The refurbishment works involved the conversion of this heritage listed garbage incinerator into an art gallery, artist studio and café. The project required strict compliance to the design and heritage requirements. Continuous cost reporting was required to ensure that the limited available council budget was utilised effectively and the project was successfully completed.
